Drill Info:
This is for ages U10, U12, U14, U16, U17 and up.  It is best ran with at least 4 players but no more than 22 players. The drill should be ran approximately 20 minutes  on a 1/2 field. The coach will also make sure they have the following equipment: cones, goals, .

Setup:
With a keeper in the goal, have the remaining players line up behind a cone set up 25 yards from goal.

Instructions:
Players are played a ball from the coach on the ground to the first player in line, so the shot takes place around the edge of the penalty box. The coach then follows up with a tossed ball that must be volleyed or headed in the goal. If a player makes both shots, they choose another player to be challenged.  The challenged player must make both goals, otherwise, they are out. * Have players land on kicking foot when striking first ball

Focus:
Technical Shooting, Technical Goalkeeping, Technical Heading, Physical Goalkeeper
