Three Goal Shooting Drill
This is a great soccer shooting drill for getting rapid shots on multiple goals and is also a great source of fitness.

Setup
- On half of a field with a normal goal, set two portable goals on each sidelines about 15 yards from midfield. You will be using all 3 goals for this drill.
- Put a goalkeeper in each of the 3 goals.
- The rest of the team starts at midfield, each player with a ball.
- All of the spare balls should be distributed among each of the 3 goals.
Instructions
- The first player in line dribbles toward the goal on the right sideline and takes a shot on goal.
- The keeper then distributes the ball to the outside of the cone towards the main goal.
- The shooter receives the ball from the keeper and shoots on the main goal.
- The keeper then distributes the ball to the outside of the cone towards the left goal.
- The shooter receives the ball from the keeper and shoots on the left goal.
- The keeper then distributes the ball around the cone towards midfield.
- The shooter receives the ball and dribbles to midfield to the back of the line.
- The next player in line starts once the goalkeeper on the right side distributes the ball to the shooter.

- Change directions.
- Make players use opposite foot.
