When coaching Under 13, Under 14, Under 15, Under 16, and High School level players, expect them to be able to perform a range of skills. Popularity and self-esteem coupled with early or late stages of puberty sometimes produce an "all-knowing" attitude. Training sessions should be between one and a half hour and two hours. Warm-up is critical at this age as muscle, ligament, and skeletal changes are occurring.
